   Maybe it’s just the translation from where I read this but MC’s ability is more like ‘Ability Stealing’ than ‘Fortune Stealing’. For the entirety of season 1, I wouldn’t say he’s OP– bec most of the fights, the other person is stronger. He either wins bec he’s quick-witted or its the plot armour. All in all I’d say it’s a decent read but you’ll like it more if you don’t mind psychological genre.

   And don’t get me wrong, for me trauma is something that can never be completely cured as it will always be there, you can only lessen the mental episodes over time. My point is that this manhwa doesn’t have a psychological tag (at least from where I’ve read it) so I was expecting it wouldn’t dwell too deeply into it.

   I’m not really into MCs that are overly kind or with deep trauma issues. Also, it has a more serious plot and angst. I don’t like how mc REPEATEDLY shows mercy to his enemies. It’s annoying how those SAME people keep on bothering him again and again because he lets them go. I mean I can tolerate showing mercy once, but twice? thrice? It’s getting annoying when it’s obvious they are not even sorry. Pity party is still there throughout season 1. Tho there’s somehow a subtle improvement in the last few chapters. There’s also that kid Gyeoul who gets in trouble and then is saved by mc, REPEATEDLY. I rather find Jun, a side character, very interesting even though he made my anxiety a lot worse. He’s a complicated character but at the same time not — he’s simply insane. Tbh, I even want him dead at some point. Even after season 1, I only find him interesting but doesn’t mean I like him.

   the title is not really interesting actually, and it sounded similar like other manhwa, but I’m SO GLAD it turns out different, hahaha, it’s a good one imo, a new type of story related to destiny and time, you guys can try to read it and enjoy!
