I mean.. tbh nocton doesn’t exactly communicate well either, he’s sorta vague and doesn’t explain things well some of her more personal questions such as those about the way he treated and how he views her. Cuz feeling like you’ve been constantly tested and messed with and yet told you’re somehow special can feel kinda ridiculous to hear after such treatment. Even tho he does care about her, he doesn’t quite explain it fully, like as if still on guard (which isn’t shocking, considering his childhood) and so he has kept a lot of things secret and although she knows the og story, it can sorta mess up one’s trust when it comes to finding out things and feeling as though you barely knew one another.
You know when the misunderstandings are so deep with other people adding fire to that said misunderstandings. Like what the fuck, you already you in yourself that you want to trust him but you’re still listening to somebody else than the one you wanted to trust, seriously Duroa just listen to nocton, ask him, pursue him to talk to you to confide to you, he is lonely, depressed he needs someone to rely on and thats you but still you’re not even listening to him.
