Why does everyone hate the dad so much he’s right about his attitude when it comes to her lie. He only married her because she said she’d cure his sick son but she lied and couldn’t do it, she was very selfish to use the sick baby as a way to get closer to the duke. Who cares about her intentions of wanting the baby to get better or how well she takes care of the house when she’s gotten her position through a terrible lie. The only real reason the duke is hatable is when she threatened to commit suicide and he said he wouldn’t care. He also should have just divorced her and kicked her out before it got to that point since it was clear she didnt have any divine powers but it looks like he kept her around because she was good at work maybe?
