Plus, they play different roles. I think Florre is supposed to be a white lotus/green tea(?) (don’t quote me on the naming) but the point is that she acts gentle and weak to elicit sympathy when really she’s ambitious and conniving. It’s a pretty common trope in these kinds of romance stories and it wouldn’t work if she wasn’t good enough at hiding her malice.
Meanwhile, FL lost everything in her first life because of Florre’s manipulations. With FL reputation and appearance, she’s not going to be able to beat Florre at her own game even if she has Hollywood level acting abilities. So she’s playing to win as the “villainess” which means she doesn’t have to hold back.
