So there exists a moon clan which basically a group of magic users. Remember the witch from a few chaps ago? She used to be a part of that clan but left (she has a backstory too, tell me if that needs to be spoiled as well lol). So their gimmick(?) is basically that their life force is made of magic and the more they use it, the older they get, if they don’t then they don’t age.
This clan made the regression stone that liala ate. And they’ve been wanting to destroy it for a long time. The stone settles in one’s heart and eats away at their life force in and turns back time everytime the host dies. Big changes occur in that part of story but I won’t spoil that one as you haven’t asked for that yet.
The man from the moon clan was actually in love with fl’s sis, and people from the moon clan can revive people (but in a different body) if they give their life in exchange
@Oneechaaaaan and @Ibsijrw ok. Wo basically, it’s the same as shown here. Her mother was a priestess, I believe and she had more than 2 siblings'(unlike whats shown here). And what actually happened was that she (mom) didn’t die from poison, and she didn’t fall for another man, it was actually done by fl’s father, on a whim because she wasn’t compliant and didn’t like what they did. In fact, the whole reason everyone else (her step siblings etc) became mean was because they were scared he’d do the same to them. After that, her siblings go to search for their maternal grandma so that she can take them away from this family. But they are killed on the ride.
One thing that’s not shown yet and is a major spoiler is that fl’s this sister comes back to life because a person from the moon clan (tell me if you want me to spoil about them too) sacrificed his life for her. She’s in a different body though and meets fls after fl becomes an adult
So… I just read the entire novel. It didn’t go exactly the way I thought it would go but it was still good!
Also tell me if someone wants spoilers, cuz that’s my only job now lol 😂
