Honestly, I don’t understand what everyone was freaking out about. “Something something this story wont be good if he doesn’t repent with his death at the end . . .” I think that the story is going great. The ML, Sionn, definitely has issues due to psychological torture and mental warfare. He’s just a child, of course he’s going to go insane and lose empathy– his life has no meaning, so why should other peoples lives have meaning to him. Obviously, this part of him is hypocritical, since his family died due to Leila’s father disregarding the value of a human beings life. But this story has really great potential in showing character growth and resilience. I mean, lets all be honest, any character would go insane after regressing a multitude of times- while having to go through the same pain over and over again. I’m not saying that I’m supporting Sionn’s actions of murdering all the people within the Hildegard estate, But I’m just saying that instead of the ending of him repenting with his death, repentance can come in other forms, you know?
