Yeah I agree with the comment below. Runaway fls are no longer interesting, I mean, take advantage of your position and Rock the world,right? The greatest revenge is love,delve Alec into that kind of illusion and then throw him away. You’re in the upper hand now, so take advantage and spit those women’s face. All they can do is gossip but who would suspect her as a slave when she’s that perfect of becoming an empress. I like the change of the attitude. I like her angst and all but I still hate the emperor. I hate him for being selfish and self centered. Okay,he made it for her sake,but what about her opinion and her happiness? He drags her into a situation where she became not only the center of gossips but also the laughing stock of all the nobles. He said he will not do the same naive choices,but what is he doing right now? Like yeah,I will drop those women out of my life but I need their families’ power and support?!. I understand that it’s common on that era of time,but I’m just saying that he’s an asshole. He has a choice. He can chose whether to go back and siege the throne,or go back in time and live a normal life with his wife in a faraway county. Anyways, it’s just my bitter opinion 😅😅😅
