Yeah, the weapon is only supposed to be as powerful as the person using it. So I wouldn’t say that it “wasn’t supposed” to be that powerful. It’s just more powerful than what people in that world would have expected it to be for someone like Yoon Seul. Like, the weapon’s fullest potential was brought out because Yoon Seul used it. I like to think of it as one of those hammer gauge games you see at carnivals or amusement parks where you have to hit the plate and the mechanism will activate and gauge the strength of your hit. And the more strength you put into it, the better the prize of scores you get
