okay but the raves anout this are so on point. the pacing is good, the characters growth and backstory are amazing, theures a character to love for eveyone and its not overly sappy and toxic positivity stuff. yes she received trauma but it doesnt all go away with one wish or whatever. theres growth to be made mentally

The prison scene made me cry but im surprised she didnt even teared up but instead even more determined to fight. NOW THATS AN FL THAT I ADMIRE.
I love ebony’s character. She’s not weak nor strong physically. But her mind and determination are strong.
