right. I can see what they’re trying to do by using highlights, but it feels a little uneven. It’s not that bad, it’s better than I could ever do, yet i think they need a different brush or technique if they want that bright shine to her hair. For me personally, it’s just too much highlights. If they tone it down a bit, it might look a little less bad. Oh well, I’m not an artist, what do I know?
