Yea she is definitely faking. Like I know they can’t show everything. But like she walks just fine, no weight gain, no sickness or odd cravings just a bigger belly? Like ether she is a 1 in a trillion chance of having a pregnancy that doesn’t affect her body at all or she is faking and since she is a fallen noble IE she technically is a commoner the only way to get a life of any type of luxury is to marry another noble and a Marquis, Duke or Prince is probably the only nobles who would be wealthy enough to replicate her old life as a princess.

My guess is that she’s truly pregnant but with someone else like a high ranking noble from her home kingdom. But she’s intelligent and lured the duke to think he’s the father so she can, one, survive and two, potentially get revenge for herself and her people by destroying the one whom made her miserable in first place. That’s just a wild guess out of nowhere but… maybe. It would be interesting if the villainess wasn”t a Trashta-like but just fake stupidity for once.
