She is seeing the future and in the future she’s with erian (he is the male lead for sure) and she is the lost long child of the doctor and erian cousin poisoning him to be the leader of the family cause if you read it and check it clearly Fredrick always says to him to not do the things which is good to erian and he giving him “cake” and more suspiciously he gives it by force so its probably poisoned. I’m just sure that Fredrick doesn’t like him at all and wants him to disappear so he kills erian slowly
