Even though favourability is it’s own trap. The more she succumbs to making numerical value judgements of social interaction the more she loses the reality that she is LIVING this life as Penelope and though game mechanics invade her greater impacts come from moments where she breaks the script and says what she believes, and acts as she wants. Playing the game is where she trips up deciding she wants to pick the ML that has better stats rather than where she is making best impact.
Hell, I’d love it if there was an out where you could 100% the dad and just screw being made the target of a relationship game as a romance but instead gain a true parental love that is unbreaking in the face of his OG daughter coming back but him being able to love and care for all of his children, adopted ones included. It would help her past-life trauma too.
