This feels so real!! It’s amazing and refreshing to see someone act like a real and “normal” human being in a manhwa. This story showcases depression, trauma response, obcession, madness and human flaws so accurately. Her reaction is totally valid and understable after all she went trough. I just wish this chapter wasn’t so short 😭
guys deadass its refreshing to see a fl actually show some emotion other than ignoring or forgiving like the comments to raise good points about Eclis but truthfully I much prefer Penelope genuinely showing her rage towards him it makes her feel like an actual person in a way

This chapter just proves that Penelope and Callisto are two sides of the same coin. They both have the ability to be savage they can both be savage and unhinged af. Penelope is not someone who is mentally okay in any way shape or form.

Honestly, she exaggerates. I can understand the disappointment, but maybe she forgets that he was probably brainwashed like his brother (and this also led to an increase in his obsession with her)… In the end, she also treats everyone like pawns for her survival. Okay, you’re desperate, but that’s not an excuse not to think logically. Honestly, she scares me more. At this point, I hope he ends up committing suicide; after all, to her, everyone is just an imaginary character ahahaha, like the poor crown prince who loves her—they’re all pawns. Hate is a poison that, sooner or later, turns against you in real life!
Then, another thing….from a logical point of view, why does she blame him? She knew that in the original story, the real daughter would return thanks to him… how could he have known she was a monster? It’s obvious she’s venting. I like Penelope’s character, but here she comes across as a poor madwoman ahahah.
In og novel it was winter who brought her back, not him. He was the most neutral and that’s why she chose him and that’s why she was so shocked after his betrayal
how is it brutal? i see it perfectly set with with her emotions. like how would she have felt when the only person she trusted and relied on to get her out of the hellish life betrayed her by bringing the person she wanted to avoid the most??
like her clapback is kind of just petty, but having said that, if EVERY ML is going to trauma dump and call it an apology, it would get on my last nerve, too
