@alice993,eclis wouldn’t die for her,as it is said in the novel,one of the deaths of og penny is by eclis’s hands and you know what he said to her before killing her? he said “if I can’t have you,than I’ll have your body,”….seriously how can people say that eclis is better? he is an obsessive selfish pervert that sees Penelope as a tool to ‘f*ck with’…..

The prince is the most similar to her, they both were miserable and attacked by everyone and if he succeed he can make her a queen.
Eclis on the other hand is a killer who will protect her and die for her but has nothing no status and no money if she went with him she will be worse than a commoner witch is impossible to live in because she was raised in luxury
