ML is literally a killing machine who’s maybe immortal?
she nearly Stockholm syndromed herself into loving him bc she’s been putting on the act of living him the whole time to appease him so she could get away and go back home without arousing suspicions
and yeah, it didn’t work out. her plan failed bc the ML will kill anyone and anything to get what he wants (which is why she didn’t want to be with a murderous tyrant). it’s a tragedy for a reason
I mean I can’t fault her for not wanting to stay with him. He’s obviously an actual physco. Though I like him she’s been living in fight or flight for a very long time and just wanted to run away. I do think pretty much everything she did was unnecessary and now she’s just back in his arms again but everything is messy as hell. But hind sight is 20/20. She actually loved him, she could have been happy with him and avoided all this. while I love him as a fictional character but he’s obviously not the healthiest. So I’m not judging her for wanting to get away.
…Still pointing this out- she didn’t know how Raniero treated the og empress at all, so she couldn’t have known things were different. She is stupid, and maybe focus and read the situation better, but she seems like she just wants to escape, like, this isn’t a good comparison to others because the “tyrants” in others aren’t really tyrants in the end, Raniero here is like an actual devil. I’ll say this, she didn’t see Raniero first meet Seraphina, the first time she saw him again, he had Seraphina in his arms dragging her.
Of all the FLs I have read, this one (I’m not even bothered to remember her name) is the most annoying and most stupid of them all🤦🏾♀️
It’s true that the ML is dangerous, but she realized at some point that things were different from the og story. She should have studied the situation like the other FLs I’ve read. Instead, she was so stubborn and hell bent on leaving this world.
I know Eden has his faults too, but they’re all in that situation because of the FL. The fact that the ML didn’t look twice at the stainless, who was the og FL, should have been a sign. But no, stupidity was at the top of her brain 🤦🏾♀️😑😡
I am so confused and yet I don’t know why he’s obsessed with her. When she finally tells him exactly what happened, I hope he either let her go or kills her cause she has to stop stressing both Female Leads are pathetic
