I got this this from other people online who’ve read the novel version of this, so this might not be exactly what happens but there’s barely any difference from the manhwa and the novel so….

Fl actually does end up killing ML at the end since that’s the only way she can return to the real world, but she didn’t and stayed. ML was resurrected but without a heart and now FL was in full control of him, she still loved him and even said she’ll stay with him there for eternity, she basically became crazy over him as he is to her. Though some people mentioned a side story where FL does return to her real world.
that’s all I’ve gathered, a lot of people were disappointed at the ending of the novel because it wasn’t your typical happy ending, again this all happened in the novel version, but i wouldn’t expect anything else to happen because they barely changed the story in this manhwa so the ending might also be the same.
