This manhwa really features some unique and interesting ideas!
It’s just weird (and quite over-dramatical) that this family once rejected and now rejects again these two noble women (first the queen Elise, now the king’s lover) who of course did not have any experience with battling monsters, death and suicide. Most nobility will likely react the same, especially women.
If this family of knights will become rulers, they could just use the weaker nobles, so why would they instead refuse to ruling the country, just because some of their allies are not used to these harsh battle-circumstances?
We also get a bit of an idea why the male lead (Fleger/Flegel) is one-eyed and has these “outbreaks”. Let me make a guess – he is able to turn into a monster or something (like partially, maybe the arms or so), and will train to control these “cursed powers” in order to help Elise?
