As I thought, they toned it down. The novel itself has a dark tone, not comedic; the ML is sociopathic. However, they are creating a more empathetic version of him. Darn.

I’m pretty sure the title itself says what type of a manhwa this will be, so if you can’t handle something like this then don’t read it. I’m sick of people commenting on a dark manhwa about how toxic their relationship is when it is supposed to be like that, not all manhwas will be fluffy and sweet. And no this is not romanticizing toxic relationship, we all know that is wrong (maybe some don’t but that’s not my point)
And for those who don’t mind reading something like this, welcome to the rollercoaster of emotions^^

There are all kinds of trigger warnings in the novel. The main character is as toxic as they come and there is no redemption arch. But I ABSOLUTELY am IN LOVE with this novel. I am so excited to see that it’s getting illustrated. I hope they don’t tone it down to YA. The original is R18 and sooo worth it.

So I’m a survivor from the novel. I finished reading this yesterday and all I gotta say is- Dont give up on this. ML is RED flag butttttt also the greenest. Get ready for this roller coaster ride. Dont need to buckle because at some parts, you’ll wish to fly out. Not because its bad but its so *chef’s kiss.
I’m probably the first to admit it but whatever but I’m glad I read this one. Cannot wait for all these chap to come out!! Great work and keep it up! Also, Thank you for all the hard work!
