Good thing Kyle was there to save her. Maybe the author should’ve had another doctor there instead. But oh how so convenient. then once Layla finds out that Matthias cancelled his engagement ONLY AFTER SHE RAN AWAY she confesses her feelings and they get back together in the end.
Now all of you sick females can enjoy being in Layla’s position by self inserting yourself as her and imagine that Matthias doing all of that to you then telling the rest of us he is the best ML and this is the best fiction ever. LIARS. Eat crap, shit crap and get Crapped on.

OMG the manhwa is finally here. I love the novel version. It’s full of angst and you’re really tense when you read it but what an incredibly beautiful love story. I almost gave up reading it but I just know that the author will somehow redeem the ML’s character development and it did. I LOVE the artwork on this and so looking forward to reading it.
I agree with Camilia, the novel was not it, everytime I attempted to read a chapter I got more agitated and frustrated. I mean the title itself tells a lot about the story. I ended up dropping it because it was not getting anywhere progressive, it’s toxic and messed up and not a good read personally
