this was an interesting chapter to read, tbh! It actually dealt with “corrupting” him from a theological / moral (in the sense of what he believes is just) perspective.
Her insights on his “growth” when he asked “why” also reminded me of the quote “philosophy is questions that may never be answered, religion is answers that may never be questioned” wonder if the author knew about it
