I was thinking what if she’s already pregnant. She left him, he can’t find her for years… The usually cliche. But aside for being to sleepy i don’t see any sign of pregnancy regardless this is really going really bad.
I bet that when he gets back he will really freak out. It’s her past history with depression he may think she hurt herself because she probably won’t use the money so he probably will spiral and his family is going to have to beg for her to come back.
