also i seem to be taking back my words a lot in this story, cuz no he’s no unique and interesting anymore, ML just turned into a very typical cunning n sly n crazy. I should’ve known there wouldn’t be such a cute ML that’s just nice n sweet yet is mysteriously smart and powerful.
In my opinion they are perfectly suited for each other.
She tried to use him, then finds out he knew she was trying to use him and fit it into his puzzle….

Everyone here is confused at FL because she is mad, don’t get it, He is manipulative, the word itself says 1000 words, “manipulative magic”. If he was a villain you all would be talking trash about him for lying.
Can you imagine how many times he might have used manipulation techniques? not just magic but his actions too. He could have knowingly put that sketch pad to make her soft towards him, or he could have been kind to her because he wanted to use her in the future.
Lying about what happened at the stairs is the same as gaslighting someone. You believe something happened but the other person keeps denying it, making you think you are crazy for being stuck on it.
I would avoid this kind of person who can change expressions in seconds, it’s scary as hell.

She is said to be very smart, someone who can learn a lot of complicated topics in a short time plus swordsmanship, but her greatest objective is to get revenge in a guy who now could be licking her feets and get very emotional over nothing… Don’t say about that time when she said something like “now I don’t care about what others are saying” and next she’s so focused on what others are saying lol so inconsistent

Well lied to her all her life and then literally tried to erase her mind with powerful magic as a way to get away with it. She also thought she was also helping him but since the Marquise is suspected in the assassination of the emperor it’s sorta implied that he used the magical manipulation to convince the Marquise to do it.

I think what we just saw is his true personality but I think in reality he wants to act more caring towards her but he knows that that would drive her even further away at this point. Also, omg her magic is ice it’s so beautiful and I guess the Duke has the same powers.
yeah no both brothers a cut from the same clothe tho.. id still use him for revenge but idk… maybe he becomes the crown prince and then emperor ill think about it… as welll as if he has dummy thicc thighs
