If you’re looking for powerful characters fighting effectively, look elsewhere. The main character refuses to fight anyone weak, so all the fighting is done by subordinates, and half the bad guys this get away and destroy a clan or two that were supporting the main character despite the main character having the ability to step in and save them by taking decisive action before things got that bad. Or it’s a business dispute that leaves allies in trouble or wiped out because other evil folks target them and he expects them to fend for themselves after roping civilians into his deadly political games.
The daughter is cute but frankly it’s pretty disappointing overall. The only person he’s actually fought basically beat him to a standstill then ran off mysteriously.

This manhwa is definitely a full-course meal (no not just bec MC is a mouthwatering main dish but bec this manhwa has action, murim, comedy and childrearing all in one!) Wholesome yet menacing. It’s packed with most of my favorite genres!

It’s a really nice action packed slice of life manhwa. The only downside is that the ex murim leader’s character is a bit dumb. I mean, how you get that old and be that naive,oblivious and delulu.
Anyway, it’s a good read. It’s a fun ride with the characters and gives a homely vibe.

Seriously guys… This manhwa is really good. I came here from tiktok suggestions lol cause i love father-daughter relationship in manhwa. This manhwa also give the vibe like other martial arts manhwa just like the title. I really recommend people to read this.. the art is also nice and good. I’m really waiting for the new update 😍
