i am also just as confused as the other comments. Luke is either really foolish or really carefree because she didn’t accept the other dudes proposal, but she accepts Bastian’s proposal when she doesn’t even completely know him either. Perhaps it’s because of his face??? yet its still a bit dumb because this is the person you’re supposed to be spending the rest of your life with, and she doesn’t stop to think about his true intentions. She’s like “oh ok i’ll marry this total stranger without a second thought just bc he’s handsome.” if she’s as strong as they portray, let’s see some action scenes. or something, her character seems rather boring.
Also, I know this comment is long already but i find it hilarious how a rich boy like Bastian has never seen animal blood before. I understand that it might be a scary experience, but it just looks like he’s weak-hearted. It’s different when its a humans, but it’s an animal lmao
And since it’s already 8 chapters into this story, WHAT is Luke exactly? a half-monster, which would make sense due to her incredible strength? or is she an angel? is it a birth defect? I haven’t learned a single thing about her except she’s “Strong”. Anyways, I still enjoy the story despite my criticism.
