The translation is not the best (at all at some point), the art is good but the pace is all over the place. At some point I thought that there were missing panels or even entire chapters because it seemed like whole chunks of the story were cut off. It’s isekai, but aside from the first chapter when the novel reincarnation is mentioned, it barely even has a relevance to the story. Hence the very annoying feeling that you’re skipping whole chapters where there were supposed to be explanations as to who is who, what is what and why the what is where.

Join the club. So were the rest of us, readers. I’m still trying to figure out where the hell the spear in the title is and who came up with that title when there is no damn spear anywhere, not in the manhwa and certainly not in the original title.
Not to even mention that none of the skills, magic, cultivation etc of any of the characters had even the most remote attempt to be explained, not even vaguely. Hell, I’m confused and this type of story is from a genre I’ve read hundreds of times before. The chapters just start with the protagonist just popping up in random places and somehow I’m supposed to know where those places are and what he wants to do there because he sure as hell ain’t telling me. Around chapter 50 I just convinced myself that he’s teleporting and left it at that.
Also, the harem vibes are strong in this one.
