It never dawned on me that people could be afraid of horses until I started reading these Korean fantasy stories where the heroines are always so timid around them.
As an American, it’s always “Aww its a Horsie!” No matter the size. I was first on one as a toddler. Being afraid seems so weird.
Just don’t stand behind the horse and they are unlikely to give you any issues aside from trying to steal leaves off random plants or a candy bar in your hands.
I knew a woman who stood behind her horse and got her knee shattered when the horse got startled and kicked. The one true scary thing about horses!
I thought the same but I took once a friend to my equestrian school cuz the teacher was giving free 1st equestrian classes, and it took her over 30min to get up on the horse cuz she was super scared. So yeah, I guess that happens and not just in manhwas 🤷♀️
