I hate when protagonists enjoy life without struggling one sh*t in their life! The only problem is the villainess. It’s always the villains that always have to get tossed aside like trash when the author barely announces their background, or how much stuff they’ve been through while the heroines always get the ‘happy ending’. What about the villain? They’re characters too, not tools! It’s like when you bake two cookies, one turns out good while the other’s burnt. You eat the good one and dispose the burnt. Why? Everybody needs happy endings, not just heroines. It’s just so sad when the bad guys are just..tossed. If you’re an author, care for all of your characters. Side, Main, Villain, whatever! Everybody deserves one, not just main characters.
Yes I’m giving a whole life lesson over here- but I mainly speaking to authors that only give main characters the ‘happy ending’.
