Yeah I gotta agree with everyone. The reason her nightmare showed Rowan taking her toward a bloody field, why she told the prince not to be like Rowan, why she was so mean to Gil to drive him away. I bet Rowan was abusive and threatened Gil and marriage and everything.
I really liked the art better when the artist wasn’t adding an excessive amount of blush under their eyes. At first I thought it was to represent the biting cold but it’s been winter the whole time and they didn’t start doing it til almost halfway
