So what happened to the Lafayettes is the same thing he did once before. I’m surprised no one noticed it at all. Camille killed his entire family except his older brother so that he would bear the consequences. He did it before with Julia’s family but this time, he is going to use his supposed death to get closer to the object of his obsession. As for the ML, it’s not really an obsession. It’s a longing. I suppose you can say that is a form of obsession. However, in his heart he knows that Julia is the young daughter of that family who had been slaughtered. He is also aware that he can’t protect Julia as she is right now so what he’s going to do is say she’s his fiancé so that he can protect her better. Why the little time skip? I also really like that the male lead is so logical. I don’t like how he seems just as pushy and almost as possessive of the FL as that crazy blonde. But because she likes him back it’s all good I guess. Also I really want the FL to gain a personality.
