Damien would never let her get divorce… if she ran away leaving a good bye letter… he would still some how track her down…. I think that she was pushed from all sides into marrying him and I don’t think she knew how bad he was. I don’t think she would have married him if she knew ahead of time that he tried to hurt her family by attempting to ruin her sister and keeping the discovery of the gold mine to himself
It might arouse the anger of some. I don’t agree with what she did. I do not agree with what he did either, but he was honest about the kind of person he was. She knew who she married. But disappearing like that driving him mad, it’s worse than anything he did to her, down to the burned corpse, she is clearly twisted.
Yes, he is toxic but to be fair she also was the same nobody just stays with that person and not demands divorce etc…If she was really righteous she would have done it the right way instead of running away or hiding and I get it that he’s crazy but she kinda came into his life it wasn’t the other way around
