I don’t think FL has to pretend to get better, she just needs to get better. She is already super dissociated and doesn’t even remember the name of the 2 people she spends the most time with.
They need to get rid of the 2 maids ASAP. It is hard for someone to bounce between almost sane (she is still bonkers regardless) and bat shit out of it.
