   Pass. 50 or so chapters and the characters are barely explored, the story is dense and it never gets any better. A good manwha with a similar theme about trauma and healing is “My beloved opressor”, if you want to check out.

   I really love the story and the art but …. it’s too dark and disturbing, personally I’d drop the book till it reaches like a chapter 70 or more because I really don’t like the way the princess is behaving and the ML can do little to help…you can read this if you have patience but as for me I can’t

   It’s good. Really good. ML is a green 💚 flag but Uhm there are still issues. Even if FL isn’t completely mentally checked out, I feel like she’s still very much more mentally immature. She suffers from a bit of born sexy yesterday trope. I still think it’s creepy. Not as creepy when she was completely not there, but she’s still mentally a lot younger than him. Yes, she understands a lot, but it’s still iffy. Very iffy. Maybe she’s not mentally 2, but she’s asking what puberty is and he has to ask if she knows what a traitor is.

   I was initially worried that this story would be a creepfest due to the fl’s mental age but only a few chapters in I was reassured. This is a story about a green flag ml and a green flag fl coping with intense trauma together while defending each other from a tyrant King. I highly recommend

    Doing se*ual advances with a traumatized FL who acts like a grade schooler and is not completely in her right state of mind is not green flag in my book.

    I agree that the story is good. It’s interesting and something new, but I find it disturbing how the male acts in the story in spite of him being a good guy.

    Just note to myself… You’ve read this
    The FL is traumatized and has a severe mental illness…. depression, PTSD, Dissociative, Psychotic, Regression, MDD, Catatonia…. I thought she was only playing it, but, not. That’s why I will stop, or continue with jumping chapters.
    The story is not bad, seriously. The art is amazing, the ML is a whole world of perfection could ever describe. To make it even better, his kindness is very makes sense with a perfect portion, unlike the other ML who can turn Joker for their FL. His family is nice without “too over it”, the maids are normally nice, and the whole atmosphere is amazing and good for FL’s recovery.
    I hope FL will recover and work with ML to take over the kingdom.

    I agree the artwork is good, but translation poor. The story is not for me where the ml is understanding, kind and thoughtful. Which is opposite to fl who gives an impress of being too slow or immature or lacking. I understand that the fl character is portray that way in order to protected herself from her brother but after awhile is gets trying to see. So I think I way drop this one.
