   For those of you looking to the comments on general consensus on the story- solches works have a pretty bad reputation for rewarding male leads that are both abusive and irl irredeemable- which is why a lot of the comments here are forewarning you- if you’re fine with SA themes and general dismissal of that/ normalization of that you can proceed, but don’t get mad at people bashing this shit if you don’t have anything substantial to say about why this take in this subject matter is harmful to women in general.

   Anyway, the writing in the original is pretty mid. Arts nice in this, but it’s wasted on again a story that is pretty mid

   As someone who read spoilers and some MTLs of this novel the manhwa is different and it’s kind of disgusting how they show FL sort of likes him when they haven’t reached that stage yet especially that chap when he SA her showing her blushing was so disgusting cuz in novel she hated it and was struggling, and it will get worse in future…. but I’m sure they’ll make changes in novel and well both ML and FL are sort of unlikable well Solche’s all works are somewhat like this ML with shit Emotional Intelligence even tho he is excellent in all the academic or business stuff which requires them that intelligence at some points but it all fails when it comes to FL and FL with tough situation but well it ends with abuser and victim having happily ever after and a green flag 2ML with unrequited love who also happens to have good looks but is shown inferior in other departments.
   I’ve seen 3 works by Solche so far I wonder if there are others but Mattias is the worst one so far for me even tho all 3 sucks Bojorn is somewhat better than these 2 brutes

    I’ve been waiting to read the next chapters and still isn’t out yet one.I like the author’s characters and the story style.It is mostly not like transportation or whatever that other use in the beginnings.So I really like this.

    no wonder i didn’t like any of Solche’s works lol i sometimes like angst but abuse and SA, especially in stories where it is meant to be rewarded, gives me an icky feeling.
    I suppose I’ll now know to check the author of every romance I read 😕
