I get you. But it’d be more in line to he story if the siblings accepted who they were, rather than easily solving problems. It doesn’t develop the story and our MC if these problems are *fixed* so easily. Plot points like this skip the problem, entirely. Shoves it aside, grabbing the reward.

And then he falls in love with her but Ash already has a soulmate, they should become good friends and takedown the high priest. No doubt the sister will accuse her of bewitching him if they get close and because the prophecy said ashtarte was evil and that’s the only thing she can rely on everyone idiot will believe her

The fact of the matter is that she is oblivious of the world!
All she thinks she should be avoiding while using magic is her maid who she had promised not to!!
I guess she chose to go outside just in case they get caught by those inside the residence.
On the other hand, the art does not give us a complete image of the garden and the palace grounds as a whole.
However since the overall world-building descriptions tells us that the palace grounds are so vast to the point there wouldn’t even be a chance-encounter between the employees, let alone the high-ranking individuals, it is somewhat understandable.
Her palace is supposed to be ‘abandoned’ to the point they didn’t even notice it’s condition in all those years!!
It’s as if it is located on a remote part of the palace grounds.
The only probability of anyone lurking around would be spies and those who are monitoring her and her servants, which is a matter to be concerned about.
Let’s just wish she wouldn’t spill the beans before she grows up to be more aware of the ways of the world.
