I think at this point her being an actual child would solve so many of the problems, cry and throw a tantrum asking for mommy maybe that would clear up some stuff rather than act like an idiot.
If she just cried, and threw a fit like an actual child and said she missed her mom, wouldn’t they understand that she wasn’t lying? Also even if he’s her dad, he still led an attack on her family and loved ones that possibly could have killed them. A regular child would have been terrified and definitely would not have warmed up to them that quick.

Anyway, judging by the information we have its I can guess that the snake family have a hand in the story of chloe’s father killing her and her mother, because he obviously wouldn’t do it in his right mind, then her uncle discovered that and killed the snake couple?
the only people that would be benifited by all of this is the eagles and the royal family, and its more likely to be the royals since they give the permission of invading, unless there are more clans we don’t know of.
