As far as I know, the way they are handled is a cultural-social issue in those latitudes. The infamous concept of “PERSONA” that involves a mask where the image is above all. This is where abuse arises, bullying, low self-esteem, labor abuse, shutting up/letting go so as not to be exposed (whether due to age, status, job titles, kinship).
