This emperor is just yikes. Talking over the female lead’s head about her in third person towards the possible male lead (“holy son”) and calling her a “powerhouse” that could be used to subjugate other kingdoms? 🙁
That one girl who fell wears a really contemporary looking green dress with equally modern shoes, not at all fitting for a fantasy story… Careless artwork like that always kills the mood for me somehow.
