As someone who hates r*pe in these chinese stories being used as a “punishment” for women. I will say that this seemed less like a default “retribution” but more a logical circumstance. By that I mean it would only make sense that the thugs that she hired to r*ape her sister would behave this way. She meet them because she ran over their friend, causing hostility, has sent them on fools errands twice and hasn’t paid them anything. So why would they let a weak, rich women who they have animosity for call the shots. She was their initial “prey” anyway and happened to be alone. They’re scum of the earth and deserve jail time but she put herself in that situation and also deserves jail time. So no, no one deserves to be r*ped but it seemed inevitable under these conditions.
I think everybody is forgetting she tried to do the same to fl so for karma she kind of deserves it ,though I also feel some pity for her as rape is really a Heinous crime and nobody deserve to be treated like this but after the reading her thoughts in this chapter my pity just vanished really after going through this she still want her sister to go through this too also her reason for hating fl’s family and making her life miserable is just so stupid like there is no proper reason at all. It is also what I hate about this manhua trope, authors just doesn’t want to build the antagonist character at all they just make them some stupid bitch with some stupid reason for acting green tea and doing harm to fl, like they just want readers to hate the characters and get annoyed with it without trying to understand the reason of their action
