How on earth does the female lead come to the conclusion that she has to achieve a (contract) marriage with the son of the future murderer of her family? Her mother could still marry the murderous father nonetheless.
And still, instead of getting away from danger as far as possible, this contract marriage will get both families entangled with each other, which would put everyone at risk for a long time to come…
