I see how people are talking about east asian people seeking that freckles are ugly. And as someone who was born and bred in east asia, I used to think that freckles are ugly. Even after extensive exposure to other cultures, I don’t think I will ever view freckles as cute, but I no longer view them as ugly. I just don’t see the appeal of freckles at all
