MY READING HISTORY
You don't have anything in histories

@Sennes, I agree with you. I also think he keeps it since it was precious to his mother but he also feels wronged by her I think in treating him the same as all the other kids.
Sennes
I can see his struggle in the fact that he, instead of closing down the orphanage house, decides to cut the budget. He hates it but at the same time doesn’t want to ruin his mother’s precious orphanage ….. or may be it’s only me overthinking?
HoneyToast
….even in trying to express that she loves him, she’s doing it so he’ll treat the kids better 🤦♀️ not bc she regrets making him feel like an orphan or feel she wronged him. I think he has every right to feel the way he does but he should also step down as director. Idk if she forced the position into him tho. Did she even ask if that’s what he wanted?
VillainessBarbie
I understand how feelings well, but it’s unfair to take it out on the children, since he knows it’s not what he wants, he should give the director position to someone else who wants to do it. Magically learning that his mother did love him won’t make him a good director, he might actively stop trying to destroy, but it’s a job that should be done by someone who wants to do it.

If I were him , I would close down the orphanage

@DarkRoseCharm I agree. Maybe some costs can be cut if the budget can’t handle it, but don’t just be cutting things because you don’t “see the point of treating the children really well.”
He definitely doesn’t have the right mind for the job even without his associated resentment with how his mother treated him in comparison – even if she expresses her love, if he naturally doesn’t like kids or this kind of job, he shouldn’t have taken over after his mother.

I think he felt it wierd about his mother’s behaviour. And which might lead to thinking it’s because of the orphans there . So even tho he might not have hated them I don’t think he liked them either. That’s why he is cutting the expenses for the things he think is unnecessary

I understand too, before u’re the director of orphans first you’re is the mother with normal and healthy child, so i a little bit know why he doing it… Little by little her mother action begin to being big like a mountain to understand from children perspective…. He just don’t understand why her mother action same to him and other orhpan child, he is just a little kid to begin with, He was misguided from childhood due to the lack of understanding given to him and direct expressions about family love or love to others from his parents to him…. He has parents but it’s not like he has them…
This is just my opinion, so if you have other opinions please share them too… Sorry for my English which may be less understandable…

Yes FL tell her! I’d probably do the same. 😤
DarkRoseCharm
I see I understand why he is like that but still don’t take it out on a poor children’s
