Not gonna lei but the fl is dumb so couldn’t she have guessed that they were stuck like even if there was a plague why someone lock you in a tower that nobody knows and that has no windows ?And the boys are like 14 and 15 they are not that young to not know they are being locked there purposely and if it was for their safety why would they stay there for a week and then go out suddenly it’s not like the plague is gonna get cured and couldn’t they have stayed in a different place with no people
I kinda understand her.. I mean if there is some plague and i’m told that it’s not safe to leave the country yet and to wait in a safe place for a while, and also knowing thanks to the book that they actually were aboard two years.. I would think it makes sense, at least for two weeks or so…
But after that? I would wait for that damn chamberlain hidden in a corner until he brings the food, smack his head with something and leave in the middle of the night and goodbye lol
