OK. Chapter 1.
We meet Greta. Pretty but poor half noble.
Greta is engage to scum bag Lawrence who purposely invited her over to his place to catch him deliberately fooling around with a maid. She pretends not to see anything, refusing to give him the reaction he’s looking for but he knows she saw. He wants her to turn a blind eye even after marriage.
Orson is Lawrence older brother, engaged (I think) to a rich nobles daughter. He likes Greta too. Another cheating scum bag who pretends not to be.
We met Abigail an actress who watched the scene unfold with an obvious dislike for Greta. She introduced herself to her, playing hypocrite. Don’t know what she’s up to just yet.
At the end of the chapter, we met a blonde Duke seeking to buy a villa. I assume he might be the ML.
Greta does not come across as the average naive, airheaded, pathetic MC.
But then again, it is just chapter one.
Based on that, I’ll give it a chance cause I love when cheating scumbags suffer.

What kind of description is that?
I’m only checking out the first chapter to know but I really think descriptions on here need improvement.
If I dislike chapter 1, you’ll get one star for wasting my time or maybe you won’t get any at all.

Weirdly that’s the actual description in the original korean version. I wish they would of at least wrote a decent description.
