OMG.
I usually can’t stand this kind of setting.
[These storys full of concubine’s stuff and harem-pick-me-behavior surrounding a single emperor who thinks he’s the hottest shit ever.
It’s extremely irritating and the political intrigues surrounding such storys are also far to often portrayed in a super dumb and unnecessary way.]
But I think I’ve unlocked a new personal guilty pleasure here.
One, that I didn’t know I would ever had locked somewhere. lol!
You know, I habe a real moment here;
like, when you’ve never been into trash TV your whole life [that’s me!] and then you randomly watch a drama out of sheer boredom and suddenly you find it entertaining! [That’s also me now!] Totaly surprising! And weird, but let’s not longer talk about that.
So, I like this one quite a lot, however, not many chapters have been released yet, so my opinion may still change from “promising” to “disappointing.”
Buuut so far [I read up to chapter 8] it’s nice!
The art is pretty, the translation fine enough and the FL is a bright, likeable one! <3 That's the most important part.
