   It’s a weird concept for a (Japanese) time-returnee-manga: we learn early in the story that two men (fiancé and knightly “childhood friend”) loved the female lead without ever telling her clearly, and they even secretly tried to save her when she was falsely accused by her “sister”, but their attempts failed, and the female lead was executed.
   So when the female lead returns in time, she thinks both men betrayed and/or hated her based on her memories of the future, and the story circles around the question: “When will the female lead find out that she was loved and still is loved by both – and whom of them will she choose?”.
   However, the two guys were super idiotic back then, they are not any smarter in this timeline either, and any sane person would probably rather advise the female lead to not choose any of these two, ever. There should be dozens of other suitable men in this world that would make better partners.
   The two men did not help the female lead during all the time the sister took to prepare her whole scheme even though we learn in hindsight that they already knew that this sister was dangerous and plain evil. Instead of stopping the sister, both men only attempted to prevent the very worst tragedy at the last possible moment, when the female lead was already in deadly danger.
   The guys also didn’t work together nor did they ask others for help, they did not appeal to any higher ups like judges or rulers and allied nobles with their knowledge about the false accusations, not even an anonymous notification.
   So rather logically, their stupid plans failed, and the female lead died.
   Even worse: the two guys also didn’t talk to the female lead despite “loving” her when she was in despair and in need of comfort (but instead the men both feigned ignorance towards her for NO apparent reason, they didn’t even change their facial expression!), so she of course believed that they both betrayed her.
   Plus: one of them killed her personally because of being “forced” to do it – instead of coming up with any possible reason to prevent at least this final catastrophe, but he never even tried anything at all and especially didn’t say a single word like his mouth was sewn up shut.
   Sure, like others said before: the female lead also isn’t very bright. Like, her “sister” is evil enough for a blind person to see from miles away for example. However, I don’t think she’s at fault at all for not realizing that she is loved when these two imbeciles act like indifferent silent stiff sticks all the time. So please don’t hate her for this absurd reason!
