Queen Seirena of the Alcantia Kingdom had dedicated herself to her country, supported by the words of her parents who died young. However, one day, everything was suddenly taken from her by an imposter identical to herself. Betrayed by her fiancé and abandoned in a prison cell where no one came to help, Seirena resigned herself to death. However, the one who appeared before her was King Plum of the neighboring kingdom. He revealed his true identity as a vampire who had lived for many years and posed a question to Seirena: 『Will you become a vampire and come with me, or will you wait for death?』 In order to reclaim everything, Seirena enters into a blood contract with him.

The title indiciates something totally stupid, but the story isn’t smut, and it’s not actually bad. Except for this whole vampire-shenanigan, which is rather unnecessary in my opinion, the same perks could have been reached by adding magic or a more unique type of “monster-power”…
On the other hand I really like the female lead, the way she’s acting and thinking is very grown-up and responsible, she’s hard-working and righteous, not meek or rattlebrained.
The art is manhua-like, but also professional. I really love the female lead’s hair, the coloring and the lightning 🙂
The male lead though … well, he is a king and also dark-haired, which is an overly boring cliché, so I guess it’s somehow refreshing that he’s a vampire too, it actually makes him a bit less of a walking stereotype 😛 At least he’s not antisocially rude or unapproachable, but empathic and helpful instead; I’d say this makes him quite likeable.
Some events are rather illogical (kidnapping a queen from her own palace and bringing her to a prison that’s several days away without any guards, servants or other people noticing?), but I guess a lot of it will be explained away with magic powers or something anyways 😛
