   This won’t be to everyone’s liking, the premise between the FL and ML is more or less captive servant/sacrifice. Things don’t start off great but the characters are progressing, unraveling and growing with each chapter. Some are annoying and frustrating, I’m sure with the setting they’ll be dead before long though!

   Very unique setting and world building where they do more showing and sprinkle foreshadowing. I enjoy not being force fed everything and slowly piecing it together as it develops, it’s much more rewarding and interesting.

   It’s weird, but I don’t dislike it. I’m intrigued tbh. I feel bad for FL, bad luck poor girl.

      Ok, honestly, this is bs and trash.
      ML is trash but author is trying to make it seem like he’s justified cuz of his dark sad past, and then guilt-tripping FL cuz she didn’t insta try to be his therapist and “fix him” 🙄 he didn’t exactly force himself and he “kinda” tried to be considerate, so ig he’s not the ultimate trash, but the situation is super fucked up and author is picturing it as if it’s FL “duty” to fix him, and she’s “bad” and “guilty” for not doing so right away, and that pissed my inner feminist so much that I’m writting another rant (the other was in chp 24)

      Apart from that, story is very confusing, idk if it’s cuz of TL or bad storytelling, but there are many parts I didn’t understand at all.

      I’m only rage-reading this, cuz I wanna know if author redeems himself and this poor FL, she not only got randomly caught in a super fucked up situation but then has the author make her look “bad” and “guilty” for not being a docile girl that will look at the dark sad ML and insta choose to fix him, even if it goes against her beliefs and values 👎 and then her “character growth” is to be considerate to the ML (that is basically forcing her to be “his woman”) cuz of his sad dark past and then accept him and pat his head (and open her legs too ig) 🙃🫠💩

      Plot is interesting
      ML is trash’ish but redeemable
      Author is trash 👎 trashed his work

      Sorry once again 🙋‍♀️ got a bit mad, but this needs to be said. No woman NEEDS to be any guys therapy – we do NOT own them anything. We can chose to help them, but it’s NOT our duty, not even if we’re their wifes, girlfriends, friends, whatever. It’s not out duty to fix them
