Also is she related to the imperial family or what cause why does she look like an old empress?I read a few chapters here and there but I’m confused.

I’ve only read 6 chapters but I agree with @Sairarorei so far… his character seems to be more complex than we usually see. He’s a character that was abused and this shows how that can effect someone in a developmental way. He made a 1 night mistake and took responsibility for it. He didn’t know how to comfort his wife but did what he thought would work but sadly made it worse. Well that’s what I have so far. If you read this, maybe don’t pay attention to comments and read it on your own. I’m honestly tired of simplistic characters who just seem to know what they should do or say all the time.

There are many places where more explanation is needed for a fuller experience. Things progress quickly but mostly not in a satisfying way. I would not recommend this imo unless more time is spent in future chapters filling out the world and motivations of the characters

The story isn’t very good and neither is the romance.
They try to have cute scenes with FL, ML and the kids but it’s so awkward and the two of them don’t interact at all outside the kids, or talk about anything beside the kids. He makes decisions for both of them and then only tells her things when they become immediately relevant.
As a “regretful ML” he’s not too bad, but these two literally have no chemistry. They just sit around each other awkwardly or have the kids push them together. She’s 100% focused on the kids and he’s 100% dealing with other matters, until she calls him out for being neglectful and he shuffles over to spend a few panels with the three of them before heading off again.
They don’t talk, they don’t do anything together (outside of entertaining the children) and then the story acts like they’ve fallen in love. WHEN???
There’s a plot, but everything feels insular and isolated. She never goes out, we only hear tidbits about the world. All she does is care for the children and think about the children. She never seems to take action or initiative or make her own decisions. She’s not progressing as a character – there’s no growth. She just goes along with what’s happening around her or what ML decides.

Kinda wished the children looked more like the of fml, whished anize went through more of a redemption ark and the chapters are slightly jumbled so that from one to another it looks like you’re missing something. The story itself is sad and somewhat wholesome but the translation severely ruins it
