I decide to give this a try since currently it’s on 4.1 rating, but turn out it’s just a sham. I’ve read until chapter 25 and damn, I’ve just wasted my precious time on reading this garbage.
The FL is pretty much stupid to be honest, there are multiple red flags going on around her, and she’s still taking her time trying to wait for the problem to be solved.
FL character feels fake, you can see that she’s pretty much desperate for her life on every chapter, but her action often feels indecisive, always going back to yes and no. FL literally sees a man getting mind control in front of her eyes and thought it was just the wind and then talk to the perpetrator in the next encounter giving them good advice.
FL character is pretty much like those dumb mofo you found in the horror movies where they hear a loud noise and decide to go investigate even though there’s already multiple red flag happening near them.

Just read up till chapter 25, and the story is wonderfully written and very realistic considering what she went through is all truma and she’s improving as the story is progressing!
Although in the beginning, she’s weak and feels sorry for her self, she’s slowly gaining back her confidence and setting things right.
Also realistically truma is very hard to heal from, especially if you’ve grown up from years of abuse. Her personality is very justified and the story realistically shows the healing of a person who’s again, gone through YEARS of abuse.
If you’re into slow burn and something realistic, i’d say give this manhwa a chance.

This story is badly written and makes no sense at all. The heroine is weak and just let’s things happen while feeling sorry for herself. The things that happen don’t make sense.
It’s just bad all around and the art is wasted on this terrible story.

This is not good. The plot is weak. Of course, male lead is dumb, everyone in the mansion plots against the female lead, and she’s dumb enough to stay. I still don’t understand, why she’s staying.
*SPOILER*
She’s been married to him for what, five years? Shouldn’t she have enough money to buy a mansion, elsewhere? She does NOT need to live with them.. The only smart thing she has done is buy two bodyguard, which we only see one of them each chapter. The “twin” is never drawn.

It’s good and ATM I don’t care about the ML. I just want the FL to be safe away from all the idiots and the OG FL. It seems like it’s going to be good and I hope it’s worth the read, especially since it’s a slow burn.
